Thank you for your interest in joining the Thomas Greenhouse & Gardens Fall Market. We are looking for a variety of unique vendors to create a fun fall shopping event for our community. Vendor selections will be made with product variety in mind.

How large is each vendor space?

Each vendor space is 10' x 10'.

What do vendors need to provide?

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent/canopy, tables, chairs, tent weights, display materials and any other supplies needed for their booth.

Is the event rain or shine?

Yes. The Fall Market will be held rain or shine.

What kinds of vendors are you looking for?

Thomas is looking for a variety of unique vendors. Categories listed on the application include handmade/crafts, home décor, vintage/antiques, clothing/accessories, jewelry, art, farm/food products, plants/garden, children's items/toys, seasonal/fall décor and other specialties.

Does submitting an application guarantee a space?

No. Thomas Greenhouse & Gardens may select vendors based on product variety and available space. Once your application is submitted, you will be contacted within 3 business days with an approval or denial.

Is there a vendor fee?

Yes. Approved vendors pay a $40 booth fee. There is no fee to submit an application, and payment is due only after your application has been approved.
