We’re hiring for part-time positions at Thomas Greenhouse & Gardens in Mukwonago. If you like helping customers, working around plants, and staying busy in a seasonal retail environment, you’ll fit right in.
Most positions are 1–4 days per week with 6–8 hour shifts. Weekend availability is a plus during peak season.
Part-Time Openings
Garden Center Associate
What you’ll do
- Tend to plants and flowers (watering, pruning, rotating)
- Organize and restock plant areas
- Assist customers and answer basic questions
- Cashier as needed
- Pitch in with other tasks as needed (it’s a seasonal business)
Schedule
- 1–4 days per week
- 6–8 hour shifts
- Weekend availability is a plus during peak season
Pay
Based on experience (we’ll discuss during the interview).

Seasonal Merchandising
What you’ll do
- Create amazing seasonal displays for retail, plant, and floral merchandise
- Create and refresh displays in our retail space, greenhouses, and outdoor areas
- Keep displays tidy, stocked, and customer-friendly as product changes through the season
